As a TeleMarketing Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through various lead generation and sales strategies. Your focus will be on showcasing our exceptional services, both via telemarketing and across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce our comprehensive financial solutions.
• Utilize marketing tactics and lead generation techniques, including social media marketing and LinkedIn lead generation, to identify and approach new business opportunities.
• Strategically expand the company’s network of potential clients by actively participating in networking events and relevant industry gatherings.
• Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our services and build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into loyal customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze market trends and competition to tailor sales pitches and refine the sales strategy.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company’s continuous growth and success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing tactics, lead generation strategies, and social media marketing.
• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and utilizing social media platforms to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in verbal and written form.
