Telemarketing Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telemarketer with a background in holiday homes or property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property onboarding process and be confident in reaching out to property owners to offer our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners and landlords to introduce our holiday home management services.
• Explain the benefits of partnering with our company for short-term rentals.
• Onboard new properties by guiding owners through the registration and listing process.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and property onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends in holiday home rentals and property management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development (preferably in holiday homes, property management, or real estate).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally.
• High level of motivation and a target-driven mindset.
