Telesales Executive

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with a background in IT sales and call center experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals by calling potential customers in the UAE. The candidate should be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE and promoting our products and services
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Requirements:

• Proven track record in telesales and business development in IT sales
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers and close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi language
