Telesales Executive

Description:

As a Telesales Representative with Royal Network Properties, this full-time, on-site role located in Dubai involves making outbound calls to potential customers to offer our real estate services, building relationships, and converting prospects into buyers. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Real Estate, telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
• A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of outbound calls with accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics/analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and other languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Russian is an advantage
