Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle sales calls and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels.
- Provide information about our properties, services, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tele sales, Telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or administration are a plus.
