Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to the company’s real estate offerings.
• Generate qualify leads from various sources such as databases, cold calls, social media, and company marketing efforts.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Conduct sales ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in telesales
• Professional English written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• High level of professionalism and management capability
• Strong interpersonal management, leadership and organizational skills
• Strong planning, forecasting and analytical skill
