Telesales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting potential clients into customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with information about our real estate projects and guiding them through the property-buying process.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and payment plans to potential buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to build relationships and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Address customer queries and objections effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align telemarketing efforts for sales closure.

 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience of minimum 1-3 years is required in tele sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Education: Any Graduate (Preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Confidence & Persistence: Ability to handle rejections and follow up with potential clients effectively.
