As the Telesales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a telesales team to achieve targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth. Your expertise will help shape and implement sales strategies aligned with Business objectives, identify market trends, and ensure that each team member thrives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, providing continuous coaching and performance feedback.
- Sales Strategy: Craft effective strategies, identify target markets, and set achievable team sales goals.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, optimize efforts, and ensure CRM system utilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Principal management, ensuring support for leads, allocations, and more.
- Data-Driven Insights: Prepare sales reports and leverage data to enhance strategies and capture growth opportunities.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years of DU or Etisalat sales management experience, in UAE.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven success in managing large, diverse teams with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
