Description:
As a Real Estate Sales telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your ability to build rapport and convey the value of our services will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively call and follow up with potential leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospective clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather relevant information about their real estate needs and preferences.
- Information Dissemination: Provide information about available properties, market trends, and the services offered by Greha Pravesh.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our agents for property viewings and consultations.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Continuously nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and SMS to keep them engaged and informed about new listings and market updates.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
