Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with a focus on promoting our real estate offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation activities.
  • Engage with potential buyers and sellers, understand their real estate needs, and provide relevant solutions.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of our properties or services to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to successfully close sales deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously develop and refine sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Agent in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
