As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, and converting potential customers into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Client Management: Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about properties, and guide clients through the sales process.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property developments, and pricing in Dubai.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales in the company’s CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, in the real estate sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
