We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients over the phone. As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, and converting potential customers into clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate leads.
  • Client Management: Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about properties, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property developments, and pricing in Dubai.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales in the company’s CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, in the real estate sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
