We are authorized channel partners of du telecom, hiring Telesales Team Leader for consumer postpaid on competitive salary plus incentive.

Role Description:

This is a full time Team leader role located in Dubai. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members to achieve their monthly target.

Qualifications:

• Telecom experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of telesales experience in du/Etisalat.
• Proven Telesales Team Lead / Supervisor experience in UAE telecom market.
• Strong sales skills with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

Salary: AED 4000 – AED 5000
