We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in telesales and leadership in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure high levels of productivity
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate telesales
• Proven experience in leading a telesales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000
