We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the Tender and Operations Administration position to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a medical or hospital background and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support tendering processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project execution and client communications.
  • Expertise in Sales Order Management and quotation preparation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle high-pressure environments.
  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications. Working knowledge of ERP applications will be added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
