Our company is leading brand in the signage field in UAE & GCC region. We are seeking a competent Tendering assistant to join our team. The main responsibility of Tendering assistant will be to support Projects Team, Sales & Estimating team in preparing and submitting tender proposal to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, strong attention to details , ability to multitask and proven track record I tendering processes in the signage industry.Responsibilities:
- Assist estimating, sales & projects team in preparing tender proposals and bidding documents.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support proposal development.
- Ensure all tender proposals are submitted accurately and on time.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, polices and procedures throughout the tendering process.
- Drafting and preparing tender documents including technical & commercial.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather required information for tender submission.
- Manage and update tendering Database and records.
- Update company profile with our current clients and handling all the new registrations process with new potential clients in their websites.
- Conducting market research on competitors, pricing, and market trends to support the tendering process.
- Following up with the potential clients and communicating with them regarding the status of their tenders.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe photoshop , AutoCAD is required.
- Familiarity with tender process and documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in similar role in UAE.
