Hiring Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI)

Location: Sharjah, UAE.

Job type: Permanent

Salary band: Market related

Direct Supervisor: Head of Training.

Required Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Licensed Flight Engineer, CPL or Equivalent.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Airbus/Boeing aircraft system ground training instructor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teaching the Airbus/Boeing aircraft systems.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
• Providing guidance and support to individual students.
• Maintaining the course records.
• Preparation and updating of the course materials.

Ideally, you will be delivering initial type rating courses on,

• Airbus A320.
• Boeing 737 Cl/Ng.
• Flight Procedure Training.

You’re Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of instructional Experience in aircraft system (Airbus/Boeing).
• Aviation background (pilot, military, ATC or Engineering/ground ops).
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability of interact with our students.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and positive mind-set.
