Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Tickets: Assist customers in purchasing tickets for various events through various channels (e.g., online, phone, in-person).
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Manage Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue tickets or confirmations.
• Promote Events: Provide information on upcoming events, special promotions, and pricing options to drive sales.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions using company systems and software.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and support event planning as needed.
• Handle Returns/Exchanges: Manage ticket returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
