Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate innovative holiday and tour packages that cater to different customer preferences and budgets.
- Collaborate with local partners, such as hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and attractions, to negotiate favorable rates and secure availability for package components.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's tourism industry, including the latest attractions, events, and local trends, to create appealing packages and offer personalized recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and quotation requests promptly and accurately, showcasing your expertise in crafting customized travel experiences.
- Liaise with customers via various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to understand their needs and provide tailored package solutions.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless itineraries for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, seeking new collaboration opportunities and negotiating competitive rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a holiday and tour package specialist, preferably in the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism industry, including popular attractions, hotels, transportation options, and local regulations.
- Familiarity with online travel platforms, such as booking websites and travel agencies, and experience in utilizing these platforms to promote and sell packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, local partners, and team members effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to secure favorable rates and partnerships with local providers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in quotations, bookings, and itineraries.
- Proficiency in using travel management systems, booking software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
