Dubai XO is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Trainee Sales Associate program. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals who are passionate about real estate sales and eager to build a successful career in the dynamic Dubai market. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, the trainee will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to become a registered Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Identifying potential clients: Assist senior sales agents in prospecting and identifying potential clients.
- Research and analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on property trends and investment opportunities.
- Accompany clients: Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
- Client respond: Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Preparing sales: Support the sales team in preparing sales documentation and contracts.
- Participate in sales meetings: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Strong client database: Maintain a strong client database and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Previous sales experience is not required; however, a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in the real estate industry is essential.
