Qualifications

• Training and Development, Educational Instruction, and Footwear Industry Knowledge
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and tailor training programs accordingly
• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in the footwear industry
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Footwear Design, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or executive search is a plus
