Training Manager

 

Description:

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the Developers and Sales Team. The role focuses on improving team productivity, aligning training initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Job Accountability:

 

• Develop and deliver training programs tailored for developers and the sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

• Assess team and individual performance to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals and sales targets.

• Enhance sales processes by training on lead generation, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and assessments.

• Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and provide recommendations for further development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant strategies into training programs.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in real estate or sales-focused industries.

• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals.

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and real estate market trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including LMS platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexibility to travel for training sessions if required.
