Description:
We are looking for a dynamic training specialist to join our training and development team.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Create, communicate, coordinate & implement the training calendar for the year.
- Work in collaboration with the Group Head of Training and Development in the development of training materials.
- Develop and update training content and materials.
- Acquire product knowledge of new products and train the team accordingly.
- Provide training to the shop floor team by applying advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques.
- To ensure that the content and context of all materials remain current and relevant for business needs.
- Conduct orientation/induction sessions for new joiners.
- Conduct evaluations on the Learners and the effectiveness of the learning materials and approaches.
- Carries out training follow-up on and off the shop floor.
- Recommend new learning materials and techniques to support the training needs.
- Participate in Group L&D training events and best practice development.
- Supports the delivery of retail training in the GCC markets.
Qualifications
- A relevant training qualification is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferred in Retail Training.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good practical experience with MS office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Highly skilled in customer service.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and consistently meet deadlines.
