Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role within the travel industry.

Travel Knowledge: Strong understanding of international travel procedures, booking systems, and travel regulations.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage travel preferences, requirements, and objectives. Offer personalized travel recommendations, itineraries, and solutions that align with their interests and budget.

Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and excursions. Ensure seamless travel arrangements and assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documentation, such as visas and travel insurance.

Travel Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, cultural practices, and local customs, ensuring clients are well-informed and prepared for their journeys.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client's travel experience. Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies with professionalism and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' travel experiences through upgrades, additional services, and exclusive offers, maximizing revenue generation for the agency.
