Travel Consultant

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Dubai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for answering questions, providing travel advice, and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Knowledge of various travel booking platforms and tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office and GDS (Global Distribution System)
• Meet sales targets and profit goals
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Stay up-to-date with travel & tourism trends
• Sales skills and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge in visa processing for UAE, KSA, UK, Schengen countries and others.
