Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Abudhabi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating and selling travel packages by understanding clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets. The Travel

Consultant will also coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel agencies to give the best travel experience to the clients, booking group and corporate travel arrangements, and conducting research on destinations to meet the customers’ demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry, Travel Technology, GDS (Global Distribution System), and booking portals
• Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to confidently advise clients on the best travel options and packages that suit their requirements and budgets
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and travel reservation systems
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Travel and Tourism,
• Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• Capability to handle difficult situations and to work under pressure
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English, with other languages being an advantage
