This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at Holidayys.com located in Dubai. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering travel advice and recommendations to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Ability to make reservations and manage travel logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
