Description:

We seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable Travel and Tour Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, offering expert advice on destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.

Provide detailed information on various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.

Itinerary Planning:

Develop and customize travel itineraries based on client specifications.

Please make sure all arrangements align with clients' interests and budget constraints.

Booking and Reservations:

Handle all bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.

Could you coordinate with travel service providers to secure the best deals and accommodations?

Customer Support:

Provide pre-trip advice and post-trip support, addressing any issues or concerns.

Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients.

Maintain and grow a network of loyal clients through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.

Prepare travel documents and itineraries for clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and travel logistics.

Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
