Travel Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in Ajman with a strong understanding of Gulf and UAE market preferences. As a Travel Consultant at Alqaed Travel and Tourism, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive holiday packages, designing detailed itineraries, and managing travel arrangements from start to finish. Your role will include booking flights, accommodations, securing rental transportation, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design and customize holiday packages tailored to clients’ preferences and budget.

Create detailed itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.

Coordinate bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.

Offer recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel routes.

Handle inquiries and provide information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel regulations.

Actively promote and sell travel packages to meet sales targets.

Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.

Gds experience

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, routes, and travel products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel and tourism.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) preferred.
