Job Description

We are looking for a well-experienced and insightful travel sales Executive to promote business. The Travel Sale Executives should meet with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options given time and budget constraints. You should also inform clients of cancellation procedures and any applicable penalties.

You will be responsible for promoting and booking travelling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele and increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
• Actively involves in sales of airline tickets, accommodations, tours and activities, must meet the target.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
• Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pay applicable fees.
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Attends travel seminars and conferences.
• Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
• Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
• Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Sales Executive
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have knowledge of Travel insurance, travel Research & Conduct tours.
