The Role:

You will be contracted as a Freelance Sales Manager or as a Freelance Business Development Manager - you'll play a crucial role in both Commercial and Managerial aspects within your region. From a Commercial perspective, your main remit is to sell Infinity solutions to new customers; a customer is typically a systems integrator that uses Servers, Workstations and Electronic Security Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Body Cameras etc). Your primary responsibility will be to sell, sell, sell. This means you must identify and reach out to potential clients, develop effective 'closing' sales strategies and to cultivate and maintain strong long-lasting relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. A key component of this will require you to forge relationships with Consultants who can specify Infinity into their specifications. Technology is a very competitive market so you will be required to constantly hunt for new opportunities, new customers, build and grow your pipeline and close deals.

From a Managerial perspective, you will be the master of your own destiny. An agreed, coordinated plan will be drawn up between you and senior management and you will then be empowered to deliver that plan; where you will oversee all marketing, activities and expenditure necessary to achieving the agreed commercial results. No micro-management here; Infinity believes in hiring quality, driven people and giving them the freedom to deliver!

The successful candidate will be someone who has an existing network of contacts and customers who can sell and grow customer bases but will be someone capable to map out their own destiny, being afforded the freedom to manage their diaries, activities, strategies and dynamics to achieve the commercial results.
