User Experience Writer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Writer to join our Product Design team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and user-focused content in both Arabic and English. Your work will improve user experience on our digital platforms by making them more intuitive and accessible.

Responsibilities:

- Write, edit, and refine user-interface text for web and mobile applications in both Arabic and English.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to understand project needs and create content that fits seamlessly within the user interface.

- Conduct usability tests and user research to gather feedback and improve content effectiveness.

- Maintain consistent content style and tone across all platforms, adhering to our brand voice guidelines.

- Develop guidelines, style guides, and best practices for UX writing.

- Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to iterate on and enhance existing content.

- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to maximize reach and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a multilingual setting.

- Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong understanding of UX design principles and how content influences user behavior.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to meet tight deadlines.
