Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and self-motivated UX Designer to join our team. With at least 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet business goals and ensure a great user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving and user-centered design thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Design and deliver mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience
• Ensure that the final design meets the objectives of the user experience and business goals

Skills:

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final designs
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
