Job Description:

We are looking for a experienced Valet Supervisor, self- starter, team leader, who has the desire and drive to take the team to the highest level of Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, daily planning and overseeing the Valet business operation and the performance of service provider, and valet attendants to achieve Customer satisfaction and quality service.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in Valet Parking
• Familiarity with high quality service standards is a must.
• Ability to come to work each day with the motivation to work closely with the staff, and to help provide superior customer service.
• Must have the ability to make fast decisions and have good sense of judgment.
• Must have management skills to counsel, train staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and management.
• Ability to communicate and manage cross cultures.
• Ability to resolve Customer complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Arabic & French is an advantage.
