What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman
• Fluent in Malayalam (Preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE general trade market knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing efficient route coverage
• Ensuring product availability in stores
• Focusing on KPIs like sales per call, effective coverage, and more
• Building strong relationships with customers through daily visits
• Reporting on performance and making strategic improvements
