Description:
The ideal candidate has experience in the food & beverage industry, with the local distributors and in sales, is proactive and resourceful, with good communication skills. S/he will report to the Area Sales Manager for APAC and his/ her tasks will be:
- Execute Sales Strategies: Manage the assigned territory by identifying and closing business opportunities through territory management, client profiling, and building relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Manage Sales Pipeline and CRM: Use available tools (CRM, virtual meetings, etc.) to manage the sales pipeline, conduct cold calls, deliver effective presentations and proposals, and keep the CRM updated with customer information.
- Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Monitor sales data by territory, client, and product category, forecast and maintain proper stock levels, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
- Management of the distributors and finding new ones
- Event Management and Educational Support: Assist in organizing local events, trade shows, and sales meetings, as well as supporting the recruitment of technical educators and executing local training courses.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales and in the food & beverage industry and with local food distributors
- Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and talk to others to convey information effectively
- Travel within the assigned territory (East Coast, USA)
- English (working proficiency) and Arabic (working proficiency)
- Communicate appropriately and in a timely manner with direct supervisor
- Return phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours
- Check e-mail regularly and assist with Technical calls
- Submit detailed Report to supervisor weekly (Prospect Report)
- Able to conduct virtual meetings and streaming
- Able to use CRM software
