As we continue to expand our reach, we’re on the lookout for creative Video Editors to join our team on a part-time basis and help us craft captivating short videos.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging visual narratives.
• Ensure content alignment with our brand style and audience preferences.
• Meet deadlines and contribute to a dynamic creative team.

Requirements:

• Short Video Editing Experience: Preference given to those with experience working on short video platforms.
• Language skills: Being bilingual (English&Chinese) is a plus. However, if you only speak English, a strong understanding or interest in Chinese culture is also acceptable.
• Strong Internet Savvy: A keen understanding of current internet trends and popular culture.
• Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of the styles of TikTok, Douyin, Red(Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu), Instagram, and WeChat Video Channels. (Mastery of at least two platforms is required, with bonus points for knowledge of three or more.)
• Detail-Oriented and Responsible: Attention to detail, responsibility, and good time management skills.
• Style Compatibility: The editing style should align with the unique tone of Cosmic Explorer.
