Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality video content for real estate listings, company branding, and social media.

• Shoot professional videos of properties and lifestyle footage to highlight features.

• Edit and enhance video content to ensure a seamless and professional final product.

• Develop creative concepts for video projects and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative techniques to create engaging content.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in real estate or a related field.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills, particularly for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

• Ability to work with high-end real estate properties and capture their unique selling points.

• Knowledge of drone footage capture is a plus.

• Bonus: Experience in graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Qualifications:

• Proven portfolio of previous video and editing work (real estate preferred).

• Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
