At Bendereign, we offer unparalleled music experiences to our attendees. We're in search of a

dedicated VIP Client Services professional who is passionate about nurturing our elite clientele,

ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from our events. This role is central to our brand's

commitment and offers an opportunity for growth into public relations responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Management:

- Oversee and manage relationships with VIP clients and high spenders.

- Maintain records and data pertaining to top spenders, ensuring that their preferences and needs

are catered to in all our events.

- Stay in regular contact with our VIP clientele, cultivating a relationship of trust and exclusivity.

Business Development:

- Identify potential high spenders from other events and work towards bringing them to

Bendereign events.

- Collaborate with promoters to boost attendance and spotlight high spenders.

- Strategize and implement initiatives to expand the company's VIP clientele base.

Public Relations and Communication:

- Seamlessly transition into potential public relations tasks, including handling press, managing

public perception, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

- Uphold excellent one-to-one communication skills, ensuring VIP clients always feel valued and

understood.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless experiences for VIP clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team for timely app updates, ensuring features relevant to VIP

clientele are prioritized.

- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure the requirements of VIP clients are

communicated and met.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client relations, ideally within the events or entertainment sector.

- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on one-to-one interactions.

- A keen eye for identifying potential high-value clientele.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience or interest in public relations is a plus.
