Hiring Amazon UAE FBM Virtual Assistant
Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of online retail? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Amazon UAE Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) operations.
Position: Amazon UAE FBM Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote/Work from Home
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of our Amazon UAE FBM store.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure continuous availability of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Optimize product listings with engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Conduct research on competitors and market trends to strategize pricing and promotions.
- Process orders, shipment tracking, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBM operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
