Viza International (www.vizainternational.com), a prominent leader in global education services, is seeking an experienced Visa Counselor to enhance our team in Dubai, UAE.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide accurate and up-to-date visa advice and guidance to clients based on the latest immigration laws and policies.

2. Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring completeness and correctness to avoid processing delays.

3. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, evaluate their qualifications, and recommend the best visa options.

4. Liaise with immigration officials and other relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing of applications.

5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application statuses.

6. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and procedures across various countries to provide current and prospective clients with reliable information.

7. Facilitate client seminars and information sessions on visa processes and requirements.

**Qualifications:**

1. Any Degree with English Language Proficiency

/ Any Diploma with minimum 3 year experience in the above industry / Any Qualification with 5 year experience in the above industry.

2. Proven experience in visa counseling or immigration consultancy.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of immigration procedures and visa requirements for various countries.

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

5. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

6. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with immigration databases and CRM software.

7. High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
