Description:
Currently looking for a VP Legal to join an established company in Dubai. This role reports to the Executive Vice President in the Corporate Office and requires a qualified lawyer with at least 10-15 years of PQE, GRC/company secretarial accreditation preferred.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in legal leadership roles, risk & compliance functions, and a broad legal knowledge in areas such as public law, corporate law, M&A, and more. In-house UAE experience is a must, and experience working in an international environment is preferred.
