Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression
- Offer menu recommendations, describe specials, and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and gracefully to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- Engage with guests, addressing inquiries, and accommodating special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of orders
- Assist in table setup and ensure a clean and organized dining environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide change as needed
- Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, following health regulations and food safety guidelines
- Requirements and Skills
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- In-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
