Warehouse Controller

 

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Controller to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing storage and distribution processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.

• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses and damages.

 

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse management.

 

Order Processing & Logistics:

• Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

 

Team Management & Safety Compliance:

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.

• Train and guide employees on best warehouse practices and safety regulations.

• Enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

 

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Controller, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead a team and enforce compliance with safety standards.

• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks when needed.
