A Chocolate manufacturing company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in the UAE.
Job Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Must have experience in food or chocolate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of products.
- Investigate and address discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
- Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
