Description:

ChronoStreet, Dubai's leading independent luxury watch service center, is looking for a highly skilled Polisher to join our team. The Polisher will be responsible for refinishing high-end watches with precision, adhering to our top standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare watch cases
• Refinish case and bracelet components to maintain an excellent finish
• Keep tools, equipment, and workshop well-maintained and organized
• Complete services promptly to meet set deadlines
• Suggest and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Update standard operating procedures as new techniques and materials become available

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience refinishing high-value watches in a service center
• Experience with brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and others
• Experience working with complicated bezels and watch cases is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compliance with company policies and workshop procedures
