Web Developer

Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to work for our client, located in Business Bay, Dubai.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client’s company website, as well as developing individual client web pages and enhancing the overall online presence of their business and clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and update the company website to ensure it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement website enhancements, features, and functionality that align with the company's brand and business objectives.

- Build and customise individual client web pages including detailed descriptions, high-quality images, virtual tours, and other multimedia content.

- Optimise website performance for speed, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance user experience and maximise visibility in search engine results.

- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs as needed to enhance website functionality and provide additional services to clients and visitors.

- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

- Ensure website security and data protection measures are in place to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with privacy regulations.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients regarding website-related issues and inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital marketing campaigns, landing pages with tracking and analytics, email marketing efforts, and other online initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

- Proven experience working as a web developer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.

- Proficiency in web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS)

- Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles and techniques.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred but not required).
