Join Candao as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and take the helm of our technological innovation and strategy. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute our technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market needs. You will lead the development and deployment of scalable, secure software solutions, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of blockchain and Web3 technologies. You will build and manage a high-performing engineering team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data security and privacy. Your leadership will enhance user experience through robust social and community features and innovative user engagement tools.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
- Define and implement the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure technological projects align with business goals and market demands.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies with existing platform features.
Innovative Product Development:
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure software solutions.
- Ensure the platform architecture supports blockchain interoperability and user-friendly UI/UX.
- Stay current with trends in blockchain and Web3 technologies to drive innovation.
Engineering Team Management:
- Build and manage a top-tier engineering team.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives and provide guidance and support to meet them.
- Promote agile methodologies and utilise tools like Jira for project management.
- Ensure thorough documentation and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operational Oversight and Compliance:
- Efficiently manage technology budgets and resources.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in data security and privacy.
- Implement robust quality assurance and data protection measures.
User Experience Enhancement:
- Improve user experience by integrating analytics and intelligent profiling features.
- Ensure the platform’s social and community features are engaging and effective.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in full-stack development and blockchain technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Solidity or Rust, node, react, with extensive knowledge of blockchain and Web3.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management and leadership capabilities, with experience leading small, dynamic teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
