Wholesale Director For Luxury Kids Fashion Brand

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B / Wholesale Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our wholesale strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the kids’ fashion market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for innovative and expressive children’s clothing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Wholesale Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B wholesale strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and potential retail partners to expand the brand’s presence globally.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Drive sales growth by securing new wholesale accounts and expanding existing relationships.

• Develop and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

3. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and agents.

• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

4. Market Analysis and Trends:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the brand.

5. Product and Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the wholesale product line meets market demands and client needs.

• Oversee inventory levels and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to retail partners.

6. Trade Shows and Events:

• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings to promote the brand and build new relationships.

• Plan and execute successful trade show strategies to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

 

Existing relationships with buyers and retailers is a must

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or wholesale management

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful wholesale accounts.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
