Techno-commercial expertise in HT motor rewinding operations (500 KVA to 2500 KVA and above).
Oversee workshop operations, manage motor rewinding processes, ensure quality control, and handle team and client interactions for commercial aspects.
Responsible for all the activities regarding rewinding of motors and alternators Both LV and HV, AC and DC.
Handle the Technical issues for the customers / Technical Support to sales team.
Responsible for Testing of all Kind of work before and after the work.
Knowledge on Vibration analysis, condition monitoring for Motors .
