Description:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Consultant to join our team and optimize our use of Zoho applications to streamline our processes and improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Customization: Customize and enhance Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Projects, etc.) to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and software to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows and processes within Zoho to increase productivity and reduce manual tasks.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, perform data migrations, and manage database configurations within Zoho.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support to team members and train staff on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into business operations and performance metrics.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications and integrations promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and future use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Zoho applications, preferably in a business setup or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications.
- Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat).
